Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Unlike regular orders placed at TNT, pre-order items will be shipped as they become available. Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order.
Your credit card will be charged in full at that time. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, any cancelled or returned pre-ordered item will be subject to a 25% cancellation/return fee if a refund is requested.
Pre-orders that have been completely paid for and then cancelled (prior to receiving item) will receive a store credit in the amount of the item(s), less the cancellation fee.
For returns due to sizing, we will do our best to exchange sizes for you, however, if the size is unavailable, a full store credit will be issued.
If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be refunded your deposit or if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be refunded your deposit.
We are not responsible for Pre-Order Items that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We consider the anticipated delivery date up through 30 days later to still be on schedule.
